Welcome. . .to my Back Yard!  My full name is "Brockolee & Cheese" a.k.a "Brock."  I am a fully certified assistance dog, having been trained by East Coast Assistance Dog (ECAD), by the at-risk youth trainers at Green Chimneys in Brewster, New York and Children's Village (Greenburgh Eleven UFSD) in Dobbs Ferry, New York.
     I loved working with Marc, my partner in crime .  We made a very good team.  Though, I must say, I love my ball time.  Hey, what can I say?  I am still a golden at heart, in every way!
     Marc and Icreated this site to help those of us with service animals educate our neighbors to our rights of access with our furry friends.  At present, you will find ,
Brock & Me: What You Need To Know About Us;  Service Teams And Their Rights of Access.  In the booklet, you will find Commonly Asked Questions, Federal ADA Regulations, New York State Civil Laws, New York City Health Code, Compilation Bibliography, and a For Your Information... reference section.  It is available for you to view, print and download.
     If there is enough interest, We will further research and make available other state's civil laws, and health codes pertaining to service animals.  Furthermore, we have created a Hall of Fame, for supportive establishments, and a Hall of Shame, for establishments who violate our rights.
